Since 2012, we’ve helped hundreds of organizations improve their technology in ways that boost productivity, are easy-to-use, and help people spend more time doing the things they love.

We have been regularly involved with several volunteer community boards. And from a technology standpoint, we’ve had many boards over the years ask us to build something to help them digitally manage their documents and meetings. Something like Dropbox for files, but with more structure, plus meetings, notices, and board member profiles.

Hmmmm.

Eventually, it dawned on us.

We should stop building custom board solutions and instead build a platform to help as many boards as possible. After exploring existing alternatives, we felt confident we could create something more modern, more helpful, and easier to use.

Easy Board was first launched in March 2020.

Easy Board has grown significantly. Last year, we tripled and are now serving many thousands of change-makers across nearly all 50 states in the nonprofit and for-profit board leadership world.

We are thrilled to be on this journey with you. Most of all, we’re excited to see how our little piece of technology is helping nonprofits multiply their impact. In a small way, we’re a part of their successful local, regional, national, and even global impact. That’s pretty satisfying.

We’re all-in on Easy Board and are continuing to put dedicated efforts into product enhancements and customer support.
